superiority the animal will pass to its progeny for each trait
relative to the Aztec Farms original base population.
The $INDEX combines the EBVs into a single index, given Aztec
Farm's specific economic, production and marketing data. In the
current $INDEX, there is maximum loading placed on number born
alive.
